Extraction: continuous cycle in three stages.
Aroma: mildly fruits with a scent of grass and mature fruit.
Taste: clean with an initial sweet sensation followed by a palatable bitter and mildly spicy hint.
Use: best used in cooking any sort of dish, sauces, roast meat, fried food. Used uncooked is advisable as a salad dressing, on tosted bread (bruschetta), fish and oil dips.
